As a fifth-generation Livermore resident, Sarah Nannini is proud to call this community home, and even more honored to serve it through her family’s real estate business. After earning her B.A. in Business Management from Azusa Pacific University, Sarah spent seven years specializing in real estate marketing, gaining an in-depth understanding of how to strategically position homes for success.

Following the arrival of her two wonderful children, Sarah earned her real estate license in 2024 and became a Certified Transaction Coordinator in 2025. Her unique combination of marketing expertise, local knowledge, and transaction management skills allows her to guide clients smoothly through every step of the buying and selling process.

Sarah and her high school sweetheart, now husband, have chosen to raise their family in Livermore, carrying forward a proud legacy of community connection and care that has been nurtured for generations.
